Out of the gate
Tomorrow we host a scrimmage with the University of Portland. The varsity eight is a walking triage center right now, but there's enough talent to put down some solid times.
We ran 1k tests for the walk-on women today and will be sending out the list of invites. I was fairly pleased with the times that I saw and it's clear that there is plenty of talent on campus. It was a little hard seeing some athletes fall short of their goals, and a place on the team for the fall, but I am happy with the athletes who are moving forward.
