Post NCAA/IRA thoughts
Washington and Ohio State roll on.
A dominant performance from UW as they take out the brooms and sweep all five races at IRAs, being on the third program to accomplish this feat in the history of the IRA. The other two programs? Washington 2012, and Washington 2013.
And as if the storied program needed another banner to hang on the mantel, the program becomes the first in the history of the IRA to win the V8 race five times in the row.
Ohio State? A very strong showing by the Buckeyes in Sacramento as they become the first women's program in history to win three straight national championships.

Allow me to share a picture that sums up why I believe Washington is currently the best program in the country, men or women, bar none.
What's significant about that? In my humble opinion, it's detail. I am a big believer in the small things, the tiny things that make a program better. The big stuff is easy, the small stuff will get you. And this is attention to detail. When I see something like this combined with everything, it tells me that this program knows it's details from top to bottom, inside, outside, and nothing will surprise it, or be overlooked.
