There's a topic picking up on the Rowing Illustrated boards, and on FaceBook about shirts the Michigan Men presented to the Georgia Tech Men's V4.
Typically in men's races, and is required at ACRAs - where this event took place - the winning boat is given the shirts from the losing boats. Last year my novice four picked up 16 or so shirts for winning.
This year, Michigan and their coach felt like making a statement so the shirts they presented to Georgia Tech weren't their racing tanks, or betting tanks, but were shirts that insulted the winner.

I find this completely classless.
You lose a race, you hand your counterpart your shirt, you shake their hand, and you move on. That's it. No one likes giving up their racing shirt, but you don't need to be a jerk about it.
